Maracay Homes asked etainia to rethink their online marketing strategy and rebuild their website. Their legacy site was tied to several proprietary systems from the developer which the company wanted to replace. After a full status review of the site, their SEO and functionality requirements, etainia recommended a responsive WordPress platform as the basis of the new site. The resulting website boosted their traffic, their positioning in search engines and the path of the user to the end product – their homes. Several customized features were included to support their programs and marketing priorities including a Realtor Rewards program, interactive maps showing community locations along with schools, hospitals, employers, shopping and nearby entertainment venues. New owners replaced the individual division websites with a centrally managed portal for all builder divisions in 2017.
