The re-launch and redesign of Boot Ranch’s website coincided with a re-launch of the private Member’s website. A new marketing team and transition in messaging following the recession called for revised approach to Boot Ranch’s online presence. Etainia had been maintaining a separate blog and recommended embedding the blog in the new site as well as using responsive WordPress site that featured individual property listings. With the  Clubhouse Village completed and other lifestyle amenities progressing in the community a renewed focus on activities both on the ranch and in the surrounding Fredericksburg and Hill Country area. Etainia created an Available Properties section where the various property types were combined as well as separate sections for Estates, Homesites, Cabins and their trademark Sunday House fractional offering. Each property page featured details, a location map and panoramic photos showing the land, the home under construction, or the finished home the outstanding views of the Texas Hill Country, the championship golf course and the surrounding natural beauty that so many of the locations feature.

An activities calendar for both Members and prospects informed visitors the rich local culture. The blog features updates on the latest happenings at Boot Ranch as well as selected stories on the lifestyle and amenities enjoyed by those that call Boot Ranch home. Etainia also provided support to the Club Members with online calendars for scheduling rooms at the Members’ Lodge and the Sunday Houses.
