Etainia revived their previous “Epicurean” newsletter and expanded on its “foodie” content to build a story structure for all of their promotions, events and special offers. By linking each story to a detailed blog post on their Specials Blog, client was able measure click-through and conversions on their Starwood room reservation system as well as their dining reservation service, OpenTable.

Adding “Tweet” and “Like” buttons for each story facilitated social media promotions as well as link-backs from social media sites to the Specials Blog. This interwoven strategy, designed by etainia, proved itself with improved search engine positioning for their offers and promotions, higher social media awareness, but more importantly the Resort saw its revenue grow dynamically – tracking back to the monthly newsletter.
