Maluaka, Maui’s premier coastal residential development, revised their plan from a 69 Residence community, to a 15 family community with 13 custom homesites and 2 Penthouse Residences. Etainia revised the website to maintain the look & feel of the site and its functionality while making adjustments to present their new offering.
