Maracay Homes had plans to launch a new master-plan community of five neighborhoods in Oro Valley, Arizona and etainia proposed building a micro-site for the project as a strategy for building more interest for the launch of the community and to provide expanded marketing power beyond the home builder’s main website. To showcase the neighborhoods, their amenities and the individual home plans available, etainia designed a responsive site with large, lush lifestyle photography and immersive displays of the the photo-real renderings of the home elevations. Lifestyle imagery and copy for each neighborhood was structured with a defined demographic in mind. Prospect registration forms flag the neighborhood of interest and send a welcome greeting and confirmation to the registrant.
The site launched October 1st, 2015 in anticipation of the opening of the community in early 2016. Response to the site was phenomenal with a surge of interest and registrations within days of its launch. A steady stream of prospects have been following the site and the community’s progress since the site went live. The site has its own blog and is linked from the main Maracay Homes website as well as integrated into the client’s online advertising campaigns.
