Located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Canter Creek is a new residential community being developed by Walton International Group (USA) Inc. with an easy commute to the Washington D.C. area and all the jobs and activity outside the Beltway. The neighborhood is also conveniently close to Joint Base Andrews making Canter Creek of interest to military families. With a significant portion of green-space left undeveloped for forested trails and paths, Canter Creek will feature single-family homes developed by the areas top builders. A common community park is also being planned as central gathering area for the neighborhood.
Etainia launched an initial micro-site for the community in April and began an email marketing campaign in August, 2015. While driving visitors to the individual home builders, the site is designed to build an interest list of potential buyers, neighbors and those interested in the area so as to provide updates and announcements as the community takes shape.
