Eye of the Day Garden Design Center engaged etainia to help in their expansion to a national distribution of their fine European products.

Etainia's recent move to Santa Barbara brought owner Peter Feldman in contact with Eye of the Day through the purchase of a fountain. Eye of the Day had just made several distribution deals with European pottery manufacturers for exclusives in the United States with a vision of expanding their retail showroom into the distribution hub of national network of landscape designers, architects and others in need of the highest-quality terracotta and stone garden products. To assist in this expansion and the addional marketing effort required, etainia was brought on to redesign the company's website and consult on email and other digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
Utilizing the latest search-engine friendly Flash techniques, etainia designed a database driven product tool that lets customers quickly sort the hundreds of products that Eye of the Day carries. From a small image in the product grid, customers can click to enlarge the photo, preview color and finish options, see the dimensions and product IDs and then email the specific product enquiry to the company. A secure trade-only version of the website displays even more product details and PDF spec-sheets for those who sign up with Eye of the Day's trade program. A News & Events blog allows the client to keep their fans in touch with the latest product offerings, buying trips, trade shows and other details from Eye of the Day. A Designer Gallery feature their products installed in the homes and gardens of their clients around the country - estates, resorts, public spaces and the homes of gardens of those who appreciate the finest.

As the first major event sponsored by Punta Sayulita, a blog was set up both to promote the event to the surfing community and as a promotional vehicle for the event's sponsors and beneficiaries.

Punta Sayulita decided to create a surfing competition focused on Longboard and Stand-Up Paddle surfeing. To promote the event with the locals, the international surfing community and potential sponsors, etainia created a site to host the event's details, photos and videos featuring the professional surfers competing in the "Classic". The site was created to allow for expansion for posting event photography and videos and to promote of the next annual Punta Sayulita Classic.

Excited by the opportunity to design our first purely "hotel" website, etainia came equipped with our Experience Marketing™ approach. Using an immersive flash platform, etainia designed a site that is both breath-taking and functional. Providing very deep content on the resorts features and services while also providing useful tools like a Custom Concierge feature that gives their guests the ability to customize their stay with the help of the resort's Concierge. Also featured is an Airport Transportation request so that guests flying into Phoenix can coordinate their ground transportation.
To provide an optimized area for The Resort's special offers, newsroom and travel agent section, etainia designed a blog to compliment the flash website. The Resort has content management tools for both the blog and the main website so that the website is easy to update with their ever-changing activities and features. Etainia also designed a separate online store where The Resort can sell Gift Cards and Spa items.

First we re-designed their Pedregal.com and CBRiveras.com websites adding etainia's Availability Marketing™ technology to showcase their property listings. Then etainia added an innovative desktop widget to provide their customers with the latest property listings on their desktop.
Famous now due to the popularity of iPhone apps, widgets provide a condensed "website in a can" – a shortcut to the information your customer really wants. The user doesn't have to open a browser and navigate your website, they simply click on your logo sitting on their computer's desktop and instantly they can scan the latest offerings. When they find a listing they like, then click on the View Details button, they are taken to the detailed property portfolio on the website.

A regional powerhouse in Mexico real estate, Grupo Riveras asked etainia to re-design their Coldwell Banker website and build an Available Properties & Rentals listing-tool to be administered by their staff. Our Availablility Marketing platform provides an adminstrative console the client uses to update and maintain listings on both CBRiveras.com and Pedregal.com.
With listings of many types in locations all over Baja California Sur, the website profiles each location with a description, location map, listing of agents and link to a local photo gallery. From each location the prospect can link directly to the Available Properties & Rental listings pre-sorted for that location. Each listing detail includes descriptions of the property's features, a photo gallery and a "Contact Now" link to email the agent. Each listing's detail also shows all of the agent's contact information and their bio. The listing can be printed as a nice brochure.

Etainia was originally contracted Grupo Riveras for the re-design their Capella Pedregal website, which we launched in February 2007. They then asked us to re-design the website for their entire Pedregal community. The site is using an all-Flash design with edge-to-edge imagery and a compliment of interactive features. Each of the Pedregal communities has its own section with a photo gallery, site map and link to avaible properties and rentals.
The Available Properties & Rentals feature provides an advanced presentation of listings which can be sorted and reviewed by multiple criteria, narrowing the display by community, agent, price, etc. The short listing expands to reveal a slideshow and descriptions, links to maps, the agents details, an email contact or a virtual tour. The visitor can save their favorite listings so upon their return visit they can easily view their selections. Best of all, the Available Properties & Rentals feature is fully self-administered by the client.

Etainia began our work with Boot Ranch and Legacy Properties by taking over the hosting of their existing websites. We launched a new member's site first—a secure site where members can view the latest Boot Ranch community news, photo-galleries from their events, reserve one of the Sunday Houses for a family gathering, or RSVP to an upcoming event.
After a custom photo shoot we launched a new all-Flash website for Boot Ranch. After very favorable reviews from both members and prospects, we added an Available Properties tool—allowing prospects to view the status of each Cabin Homesite, Country Home or Estate Homesite in the context of the features throughout the community. The Available Properties tool and the website feature the latest deep-linking technology, both optimizing the site for search engines and allowing the sales team to send their prospects a link to a specific homesite.

Homes range in price from entry-level detached homes to canyon-view estate homes priced over $6 million. The golf course and clubhouse opened in 2007 to rave reviews. Gencom Group sought out etainia to provide online marketing stragies for their various Ritz-Carlton Residences properties. Our first effort was for The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Rose Island, Bahamas.

Etainia was first engaged as a consultant to Gencom Group to advise them on best practices and online marketing strategies. After our first presentation we were engaged to begin the marketing for perhaps their most ambitious project - a private island with a naturally sheltered marina just ten minutes from Paradise Island in the Bahamas (home to The Ocean Club & Atlantis resorts. Starting with only a logo and a few stock images, etainia designed a micro-site to launch the marketing efforts to collect prospects while the dredging of the marina was being finished - a prerequisit to building the on-island sales center.
Because Rose Island had been a private island occupied by only a few people, we built an interactive map to show the location and display flight times from various U.S. locations. As we were preparing to launch the site the economy fell into a deep recession and the project was put on hold.

Etainia re-designed the original website for this unique project - the first Capella Hotel in North America opening in the Summer of 2009. The resort and the residences are separated from Cabo by a 300 meter tunnel.

With a compelling, photography-driven website, etainia focused on presenting the unique landscape and great lifestyle images wrapped in an elegant color palette where each color corresponds to a section of the site. A custom weather feature soon became the third most viewed page on the site drawing prospects to the Visiting Cabo form which connects visitors to the concierge for assistance planning their next trip.
Flash flipbook brochures and DVD request forms have also assisted the sales team with their long-distance prospect communications. Etainia went to Cabo in the summer 2007 to produce a video of their local sales team and a few months later added Orange County and Las Vegas area brokers. We delivered these personalized video tours via email to select prospects adding a vivid level of "face-to-face" warmth to their sales communication program.

Escondido came to etainia for a re-design and to add functionality to their website. Combining their legacy creative designs into a more user-friendly site, we added an Availability map showing the homes and homesites in both Escondido proper and in the Lago Escondido neighborhood. We added feature pages for completed homes availble for sale with pricing and descriptions and links to virtual tours. The News & Events section features several photo-galleries of events after they occur—showcasing the lifestyle at Escondido.

During the summer of 2006 we launched a teaser website to accompany an advertising campaign to "get on the list" for this new luxury residential offering. The summer campaign captured over 2,000 prospect contacts. We launched the new website for Phase 2 of the project with a video fly-through of Dallas and an Available Residences feature that allows the propsect to easily navigate to any residence in the building, see the floorplan, animated panorama views, and the availability status.

One of the most elegant private clubs in the world deserves a cutting-edge and elegant website for its members. Silverleaf members are greeted with etainia's Current Weather feature upon login and then enjoy a suite of features.

Silverleaf is a private community nestled into the foothills in Scottsdale. A tremendous golf course and clubhouse compliment the community and members enjoy one of the most advanced Private Club websites anywhere. Members are welcomed with etainia's signature Current Weather feature when they login. An interactive events calendar allows members to save and print favorite events as they review the entire year's activity schedule. The website's Member Directory, Event Calendar and Access Controls are administered by the Club's staff.
Members enjoy access to all the services, schedules and amenities available at the Club, including dining menus and a phone and email directory. A full Members Directory provides confidential access to other member's contact information. Member events are memorialized in photos and videos and posted in a gallery section—the photo galleries allow members to print single photos or the full collection.
A recent expansion added an online store for members exclusively—allowing them to purchase Spa, Golf, Wine and other items online as well as order homemade cookies and ice cream and even their favorite meats and fish selected fresh by the Club's Chef.

Beginning in 2005 with the Ocean Club Residences & Marina, etainia began an active role in several Traditions managed projects. To represent the broad range and stunning beauty of their projects, we designed an all-Flash website with rotating project imagery and links to videos where available. The interactive locations map features each project with further detail as well as its location on the map, project photos and a link to their website.
A scrolling Ticker gives a capsule update of the latest news and links into the News section for further details. The entire site's content is driven by xml which also merges with other art files to produce a condensed PDF version of the website.

The legendary Ocean Club on Paradise Island in the Bahamas added a final residential component of 88 luxury condominiums to the private side of the island, Ocean Club Residences & Marina.

This four-building residential condominium project was the final development in the Ocean Club area of Paradise Island in the Bahamas. Kerzner International, owner of the One&Only Ocean Club and the Atlantis Resort, contracted with etainia for the digital marketing of the project.
The 24 month marketing plan helped the project sell-out in 20 months beating everyone's expectation. Etainia provided a rotating image animation on the home page to coincide with the print advertising campaigns as they were rolled-out. An Availability tool that covered both the condominium buildings and the Marina Slips proved both popular for website visitors and extremely useful to the sales team who was dealing with many long-distance prospects. Construction updates, using monthly aerial photography of the project kept buyers involved in the progress of construction.

Glenwild sits in an amazing valley, just outside Park City, Utah and surrounded by the Wasatch Mountains. Featuring a Tom Fazio championship golf course and miles of trails, the website has animated features showcasing these community amenities.

Glenwild asked etainia to re-design their website and provide an enhanced experience for their prospects and members as the community's marketing efforts were winding down. With only a few custom homesites to sell, the site includes sales tool like an interactive Community Map, for promoting these remaining properties as well as detailed listings of re-sale homes. An interactive hole-by-hole golf tour provides a terrific experience of their course. The community's and area trails are made engaging by a Flash Trail System Map—which includes animating the eleveation changes on the main Loop Trail—used by cyclists, runners and walkers in the warmer months and by cross-country skiers in the winter.

Etainia's recent move to Santa Barbara brought owner Peter Feldman in contact with Eye of the Day through the purchase of a fountain. Eye of the Day had just made several distribution deals with European pottery manufacturers for exclusives in the United States with a vision of expanding their retail showroom into the distribution hub of national network of landscape designers, architects and others in need of the highest-quality terracotta and stone garden products. To assist in this expansion and the addional marketing effort required, etainia was brought on to redesign the company's website and consult on email and other digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
Utilizing the latest search-engine friendly Flash techniques, etainia designed a database driven product tool that lets customers quickly sort the hundreds of products that Eye of the Day carries. From a small image in the product grid, customers can click to enlarge the photo, preview color and finish options, see the dimensions and product IDs and then email the specific product enquiry to the company. A secure trade-only version of the website displays even more product details and PDF spec-sheets for those who sign up with Eye of the Day's trade program. A News & Events blog allows the client to keep their fans in touch with the latest product offerings, buying trips, trade shows and other details from Eye of the Day. A Designer Gallery feature their products installed in the homes and gardens of their clients around the country - estates, resorts, public spaces and the homes of gardens of those who appreciate the finest.

Also featured is an Airport Transportation request so that guests flying into Phoenix can coordinate their ground transportation.
To provide an optimized area for The Resort's special offers, newsroom and travel agent section, etainia designed a blog to compliment the flash website. The Resort has content management tools for both the blog and the main website so that the website is easy to update with their ever-changing activities and features. First we re-designed their Pedregal.com and CBRiveras.com websites adding etainia's Availability Marketing™ technology to showcase their property listings. Then etainia added an innovative desktop widget to provide their customers with the latest property listings on their desktop.
Famous now due to the popularity of iPhone apps, widgets provide a condensed "website in a can" – a shortcut to the information your customer really wants. The user doesn't have to open a browser and navigate your website, they simply click on your logo sitting on their computer's desktop and instantly they can scan the latest offerings. When they find a listing they like, then click on the View Details button, they are taken to the detailed property portfolio on the website.

A regional powerhouse in Mexico real estate, Grupo Riveras asked etainia to re-design their Coldwell Banker website and build an Available Properties & Rentals listing-tool to be administered by their staff. Our Availablility Marketing platform provides an adminstrative console the client uses to update and maintain listings on both CBRiveras.com and Pedregal.com.
With listings of many types in locations all over Baja California Sur, the website profiles each location with a description, location map, listing of agents and link to a local photo gallery. From each location the prospect can link directly to the Available Properties & Rental listings pre-sorted for that location. Each listing detail includes descriptions of the property's features, a photo gallery and a "Contact Now" link to email the agent. Each listing's detail also shows all of the agent's contact information and their bio. The listing can be printed as a nice brochure.

Etainia was originally contracted Grupo Riveras for the re-design their Capella Pedregal website, which we launched in February 2007. They then asked us to re-design the website for their entire Pedregal community. The site is using an all-Flash design with edge-to-edge imagery and a compliment of interactive features. Each of the Pedregal communities has its own section with a photo gallery, site map and link to avaible properties and rentals.
The Available Properties & Rentals feature provides an advanced presentation of listings which can be sorted and reviewed by multiple criteria, narrowing the display by community, agent, price, etc. The short listing expands to reveal a slideshow and descriptions, links to maps, the agents details, an email contact or a virtual tour. The visitor can save their favorite listings so upon their return visit they can easily view their selections. Best of all, the Available Properties & Rentals feature is fully self-administered by the client.

We launched a new member's site first—a secure site where members can view the latest Boot Ranch community news, photo-galleries from their events, reserve one of the Sunday Houses for a family gathering, or RSVP to an upcoming event.
After a custom photo shoot we launched a new all-Flash website for Boot Ranch. After very favorable reviews from both members and prospects, we added an Available Properties tool—allowing prospects to view the status of each Cabin Homesite, Country Home or Estate Homesite in the context of the features throughout the community. Gencom Group sought out etainia to provide online marketing stragies for their various Ritz-Carlton Residences properties. Our first effort was for The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Rose Island, Bahamas.

Etainia was first engaged as a consultant to Gencom Group to advise them on best practices and online marketing strategies. After our first presentation we were engaged to begin the marketing for perhaps their most ambitious project - a private island with a naturally sheltered marina just ten minutes from Paradise Island in the Bahamas (home to The Ocean Club & Atlantis resorts. Starting with only a logo and a few stock images, etainia designed a micro-site to launch the marketing efforts to collect prospects while the dredging of the marina was being finished - a prerequisit to building the on-island sales center.
Because Rose Island had been a private island occupied by only a few people, we built an interactive map to show the location and display flight times from various U.S. locations. As we were preparing to launch the site the economy fell into a deep recession and the project was put on hold.

Etainia re-designed the original website for this unique project - the first Capella Hotel in North America opening in the Summer of 2009. The resort and the residences are separated from Cabo by a 300 meter tunnel.

With a compelling, photography-driven website, etainia focused on presenting the unique landscape and great lifestyle images wrapped in an elegant color palette where each color corresponds to a section of the site. A custom weather feature soon became the third most viewed page on the site drawing prospects to the Visiting Cabo form which connects visitors to the concierge for assistance planning their next trip.
Flash flipbook brochures and DVD request forms have also assisted the sales team with their long-distance prospect communications. Etainia went to Cabo in the summer 2007 to produce a video of their local sales team and a few months later added Orange County and Las Vegas area brokers. We delivered these personalized video tours via email to select prospects adding a vivid level of "face-to-face" warmth to their sales communication program.

The summer campaign captured over 2,000 prospect contacts. We launched the new website for Phase 2 of the project with a video fly-through of Dallas and an Available Residences feature that allows the propsect to easily navigate to any residence in the building, see the floorplan, animated panorama views, and the availability status.

Silverleaf is a private community nestled into the foothills in Scottsdale. A tremendous golf course and clubhouse compliment the community and members enjoy one of the most advanced Private Club websites anywhere. Members are welcomed with etainia's signature Current Weather feature when they login. An interactive events calendar allows members to save and print favorite events as they review the entire year's activity schedule. The website's Member Directory, Event Calendar and Access Controls are administered by the Club's staff.
Members enjoy access to all the services, schedules and amenities available at the Club, including dining menus and a phone and email directory. A full Members Directory provides confidential access to other member's contact information. Member events are memorialized in photos and videos and posted in a gallery section—the photo galleries allow members to print single photos or the full collection.

A scrolling Ticker gives a capsule update of the latest news and links into the News section for further details. The entire site's content is driven by xml which also merges with other art files to produce a condensed PDF version of the website.

The legendary Ocean Club on Paradise Island in the Bahamas added a final residential component of 88 luxury condominiums to the private side of the island, Ocean Club Residences & Marina.

This four-building residential condominium project was the final development in the Ocean Club area of Paradise Island in the Bahamas. Kerzner International, owner of the One&Only Ocean Club and the Atlantis Resort, contracted with etainia for the digital marketing of the project.
The 24 month marketing plan helped the project sell-out in 20 months beating everyone's expectation. Etainia provided a rotating image animation on the home page to coincide with the print advertising campaigns as they were rolled-out. An Availability tool that covered both the condominium buildings and the Marina Slips proved both popular for website visitors and extremely useful to the sales team who was dealing with many long-distance prospects. Construction updates, using monthly aerial photography of the project kept buyers involved in the progress of construction.

Glenwild asked etainia to re-design their website and provide an enhanced experience for their prospects and members as the community's marketing efforts were winding down. With only a few custom homesites to sell, the site includes sales tool like an interactive Community Map, for promoting these remaining properties as well as detailed listings of re-sale homes. An interactive hole-by-hole golf tour provides a terrific experience of their course. The community's and area trails are made engaging by a Flash Trail System Map—which includes animating the eleveation changes on the main Loop Trail—used by cyclists, runners and walkers in the warmer months and by cross-country skiers in the winter.
