From schools and fire stations to luxury residential communities, Dowling Company has active and completed projects all over Maui. They have constructed several affordable housing communities for native Hawaiians which are now thriving neighborhoods. Their company slogan, Building in Balance, speaks to their efforts to take the land, local culture, history and environmental impacts into account as they plan every project. Etainia also designed and managed their Maluaka community website.
